Insurance:
We DO NOT accept insurance for office visit fees but diagnostic testing can be submitted to your insurance. Medicaid patients will not be able to submit diagnostic testing to their insurance for reimbursement.

Office Visit Fees
In-Person and Telehealth Visit Fees (effective 9/1/23):
Initial appointments are in-person ONLY. Visits are approximately 90 minutes and cost $645.
Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes and cost $215. Visits exceeding 50 minutes will incur a fee of $430.
Any phone discussions longer than 10 minutes will incur a $110 fee
IN-PERSON VISIT REQUIRED AT LEAST YEARLY FOR INJECTIONS, IVs, PEPTIDES, PHARMACEUTICAL PRESCRIPTIONS (I.E. LDN, THYROID AND SEX HORMONES).
Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee for services like injections and intravenous therapies in addition to the office visit fees. Call now to inquire about our pricing for these services.
